The Lean Mean Fat Measuring Machine

This incredible machine is…INCREDIBLE! I bought it a couple of days ago and it is what I will be using to measure my progress. It is made by a company called Tanita and this particular model is the “BC-541″. It works by sending a small electric signal through my feet and around my body. It not only measures my weight but all of these things aswell:
- Body Fat %
- Body Water %
- Muscle Mass
- Bone Mass
- Visceral Fat
- Metabolic Age
- Metabolic Rating
The muscle mass feature is probably going to be the result I will check most often. I shall be using this machine and posting my results every week so that everyone can see my progress as they are on paper. I look forward to speaking to you all again soon.
