Day 2 - So Much Soreness
OUCH! Today was a non-workout day but after yesterday’s intense workout my muscles are extremely sore. However, as they say, “NO PAIN, NO GAIN!” Cheesy I know but it’s true when it comes to bodybuilding, as long as it isn’t the pain of your shoulder joint popping. I think I am safe for now, I didn’t have any extreme shoulder pain during yesterdays workout and the only shoulder pain I am having is muscle soreness which is a relief considering my previous sports injuries. If pain does occur I will get the shoulder checked up and may have to create a new workout for myself which puts less stress on my shoulder joints. HOWEVER, so far, everything is GOOD. I’m already getting used to the high calorie intake and the water overdose. My next workout is tomorrow so I expect not being able to walk and crawling along the floor for the next few days, possibly army style (learnt from RAF cadet training - HELL YEAH!) I’ll speak to you all again tomorrow.
