Day 3 - Approximately 12 Hours To Live
Today was the day of my second workout. I thought I was sore yesterday, well, today, those same muscles literally meant I could not move. Despite not feeling any soreness from the muscles I worked out today, I can only wait for it to start tomorrow. Anyway, in terms of my extremely high calorie diet, I am starting to get used to it, in comparison to Day 1 where I felt extremely bloated and sick.
I took my stats again to see if there were any changes. I’ve included a “+” and a “-” to indicate how the new stats compare to Day 1 stats. Here they are:
- HEIGHT - 5 feet 11 inches / 181 cm
- WEIGHT - 61.1 kg (+0.9)/ 134.6 lbs (+2.6)
- BODY FAT % - 8.9 (+0.9)
- BODY WATER % - 62.8 (-1)
- MUSCLE MASS - 52.8 kg (+0.3)/ 116.4 lbs (+0.6) (Physical Rating - 7 - Thin)
- BONE MASS - 2.8 kg / 6.2 lbs (I doubt this will change much anyway)
- MINIMUM ENERGY REQUIRED (BMR) - 1660 kcal (+10)/ 6904 kJ (+41)
- METABOLIC AGE - 12

- VISCERAL FAT RATING - 1 (out of a possible 59 - I have the lowest possible rating)
