Day 4 - 3 Pounds Gained So Far
Well, I’m still alive, after thinking I’d have just 12 hours to live after my intense leg workout yesterday. Yes, they are sore, but not as sore as I thought they’d get, in fact, I even went for a nice walk (how interesting). The worst part of the walk was actually walking back with the groceries - not so kind to my other muscles which are still extremely sore.
Anyway, more important news, the diet and workouts are making a difference which is a huge relief as I was getting worried that nothing was happening. Whilst there isn’t much noticeable visible difference (body is the same, underwear is new but looks the same, and my hair is a couple of millimeters longer), according to the stats I have increased in weight since yesterday (muscle mass) meaning I am now 3 pounds heavier than I was on Day 1.
Here are the stats: (I need to lose the habit of being obsessed with these - but NO!)
- HEIGHT - 5 feet 11 inches / 181 cm
- WEIGHT - 61.2 kg (+1)/ 135 lbs (+3)
- BODY FAT % - 8.4 (+0.4)
- BODY WATER % - 63.7 (-0.1)
- MUSCLE MASS - 53.3 kg (+0.8)/ 117.4 lbs (+1.6) (Physical Rating - 7 - Thin)
- BONE MASS - 2.8 kg / 6.2 lbs (I doubt this will change much anyway)
- MINIMUM ENERGY REQUIRED (BMR) - 1673 kcal (+23)/ 7000 kJ (+96)
- METABOLIC AGE - 12

- VISCERAL FAT RATING - 1 (out of a possible 59 - I have the lowest possible rating)
Tomorrow is a workout day so I have to get some decent sleep now.
