Don’t Worry, I’m Still Here!
Hey everyone, after receiving a lot of emails recently as to whether this website is still functioning, I thought I’d give an update as to what is going on.
Do not worry, I have not given up, I can’t be stopped that easily. For those that don’t know, I have a shoulder injury that I seemed to have got during a cricket match (fast bowling is suicide on the joints). I am having some expert physiotherapy done on it next week and will finally get it fully and properly diagnosed. I will keep you updated on how that all goes.
My current plans are:
- Let the shoulder heal
- Let the shoulder heal
- Do some gentle exercises to strengthen the shoulder
- Let the shoulder heal
- Let the shoulder heal
To avoid another shoulder injury happening and stunting my progress with bodybuilding, I have to let the shoulder heal. Once it has fully recovered I will restart my challenge.
Now, until next week, I cannot give any details as to how long it will take to recover etc, but I am aware that shoulder injuries can sometimes take months and even years to recover. I don’t think it is serious enough for it to be taking months to recover so hopefully I will be up and running before the start of september.
Anyway, I look forward to speaking to you soon,
Daiyaan

You should do some light shoulder exercises to warm it up before working out on your shoulders dude.
It prevented my shoulder from any injury.
