Who am I? I’m Spiderman.
No, thankfully I am not. My name is Daiyaan and I am 16 years old. In a couple of weeks time I am going to embark on a bodybuilding journey to transform myself from being very skinny to incredibly muscular. I created my site MuscleUpdate.com as a way to keep me motivated and to motivate others. I will be posting pictures of my progress daily and I will be uploading a video every week or so to keep you updated on my progress and to answer any questions you may have.

Hey Daiyaan
I was intending to visit my friends new site muscleupdateS.com, but left off the final “S” and stumbled across your very motivating site.
I am twice your age and in miserable shape, well maybe not miserable but I am 15% body fat when ten years ago I was about 9%. You have motivated me immensely!
What city are you in and how often do you post?

Hi Laz, it’s great to see people who are also interested in making a change in their life. I live in London, UK and I am planning to be posting pictures daily, if not, at least 3 times a week alongside information on bodybuilding and video blogs every week or so. I plan to start my challenge in a couple of weeks time.
Hope that helps,
Daiyaan

Awesome, dude. Remember, you are 16. That means your body is just now waking up to the power and size it will possess one day. That means, take your time, but never, never give up on your dream. Don’t get too impatient to realize your dreams. it’s one day at a time, dude.
And then one day you will look in the mirror, and say, F*cK! I’m huge.
AND THEN we’ll see how big you REALLY want to get dude. Cause watch out. Getting Bigger is addictive. The bigger I’ve gotten, the more muscle I keep wanting to put on.
You’re gonna love being a bodybuilder, dude. Just one thing: do it 100%. There is no 99%.
99% is for wussies, guys that fantasize about getting big, but aren’t willing to love the pain and effort every day in and day out it takes to get there.
The name of the game is discipline. You gotta learn to love being disciplined.
Do that, and all your dreams will come true.
And don’t forget to have fun at the same time!

Hey Daiyaan,
Love the blog. Sorry to hear about the shoulder, but I have an idea for your blog while you’re getting better. (and you should take the time to get better)
Drop me a line when you get a moment to discuss.
Take care!

Hey man.
Just wanted to tell you that I’m kind of like you atm.
I’m 17, skinny (about 55 Kg), and trying to put on some weight.
I’ll be visiting your site in order to keep myself motivated, I hope you haven’t given up, since you haven’t posted in a few days now…
